CARLIE (Owner/Coach)

Meet Carlie – Owner & Coach at CrossFit Narlie I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2009 and found my passion in CrossFit in 2010. I had the incredible opportunity to compete at regional levels between 2013 and 2015, but my biggest growth came through coaching and helping others transform their lives. I care deeply about the people I coach. Whether you're a first-time mover, an experienced athlete, or somewhere in between, my goal is to make you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I continued training through pregnancy and know just how important it is to feel strong in every season of life. Coaching isn’t just about the workouts. It’s about building confidence, celebrating small wins, and creating a space where you feel safe to grow. Quals - CrossFit Level 2 - Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness - Weightlifting Level 1 - Gymnastics Level 1 - Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism

NATHAN (Owner/Coach)

Meet Nathan – Owner & Coach at CrossFit Narlie I found CrossFit in 2014 and was immediately drawn to the way it improves not just fitness, but overall quality of life. After witnessing the powerful changes it can bring, physically, mentally, and emotionally, I made the leap from engineering into full-time coaching. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build habits that support a healthy, balanced life. I take a thoughtful, methodical approach to coaching, with a strong focus on longevity, movement quality, and nutrition. Whether you're recovering from injury, chasing performance, or just trying to feel your best, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Working alongside Carlie, my wife and business partner, allows us to bring complementary strengths to the gym. Together, we’ve created a coaching team that’s grounded, supportive, and driven to help our members succeed. I believe that consistency and intensity go hand in hand, when used wisely, they build resilience, confidence, and lasting results. Quals - Certified CrossFit Level 3 - Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness - Gymnastics Level 1 - CrossFit Nutrition 1 - Advanced Nutritional Coaching

ELLA (Coach)

Meet Ella – Coach at CrossFit Narlie Ella discovered CrossFit in 2016 and was instantly hooked by the challenge, community, and constant variety. With a background in the Armed Forces and a lifelong love of sport, she brings a calm, focused presence to the gym, and a passion for helping others push past their limits. When she’s not coaching or training, you’ll find Ella outdoors, camping, 4WD’ing, or playing hockey. She values hard work, consistency, and a good laugh, and loves seeing members build confidence both in and out of the gym. Quals - CrossFit Level 1 - Cert 3 Fitness

 

Having met through CrossFit, Nathan and Carlie both share a passion for health and fitness. They are strong believers in a holistic approach to wellbeing and believe that it is never too late to start improving your health.  

They established CrossFit Narlie to bring likeminded people together so they could to guide, motivate and encourage them to improved fitness giving them an opportunity to not just live, but to thrive.   

Together they strive to create an environment that has a welcoming community feel to it as well somewhere for people to feel encouraged, motivated and supported.  â€‹
