HOW IT WORKS
TALK TO A COACH. SET YOUR GOALS.
If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail. Meet with a Narlie Coach to go over your goals and establish your starting point.
If you don’t write your goals down, you will just keep spinning your wheels. We want you to succeed at CrossFit Narlie, so the journey always starts with a consult.

You’ll meet one of our friendly, certified CrossFit coaches who will guide you through the entire process. We’ll make sure you feel comfortable, answer any questions, and provide a personalised experience.

We’ll chat about your fitness goals, whether that’s building strength, increasing endurance, losing weight, improving mobility, or simply getting healthier. This is your chance to share what you're looking for in a fitness program, and together we'll map out a path for you to follow.
CREATE YOUR PLAN.
Work with our Narlie Fitness and Nutrition coaches to create a simple and sustainable plan to reach your goals. Once we figure out where you want to go, we will work with you to set up a plan that is guaranteed to get you there.
Everyone’s end goal is a little bit different. At Narlie, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness. Your plan is your plan. That’s why it works.
Our workouts work because they are the perfect blend of strength and conditioning and have been proven to provide the results time and time again.
Our approach to nutrition works because we don’t believe in cutting out the foods you love or counting your calories. We use a holistic approach to nutrition that works on building healthy habits one step at a time.

Dial in your nutrition with 1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching. Fuel your fitness journey by working with one of Narlie's nutrition Coaches who will help guide you to optimize your health and performance.
Achieve your goals faster with Personal Training, where customized workout plans and expert coaching are tailored to your unique fitness journey. Not ready to jump into a group class? Personal Training could be for you.
