The Narlie 6 WEEK CHALLENGE is your opportunity to reset your health and fitness goals for the new year, and beyond. You may be looking to shed a few unwanted kilos, focus on fueling your body to reach your training goals or increase your lean muscle and strength. This Challenge is designed to pull you out of your rut, kickstart your health and motivate you to stay on track and accountable. The Narlie Challenge will encourage you to question your goals and lifestyle choices and will provide you with the support and guidance needed for you to set real and measurable targets. Designed to inform and guide you on healthy lifestyle habits involving nutrition, exercise and recovery, three major factors to one's health and wellbeing.
6 WEEKS OF UNLIMITED COACHED CROSSFIT CLASSES
For new members, you will have access to all of CrossFit Narlie's classes including open gym hours. Click here to view our class timetable.
2 X INBODY SCANS (START AND FINISH)
The scans will give you a picture of your body composition, highlighting things like body fat percentage, lean muscle mass and other health markers which will give you a baseline and a point to set your goals from. Our Coaches will break down and discuss your results and work with you to set some realistic goals.
GOAL SETTING AND NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT
The goals will be individualised and focus on the areas of exercise, nutrition and recovery.
GUIDANCE FROM OUR COACHES
Our Coaches will inform and guide your through the whole process. You will be educated about the intent of the Challenge, how to set realistic goals, track progress and what to do when you hit a road bump. This Challenge can be done by anyone with goals tailored for each individual.
FACEBOOK ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP
This online live group will be utilised to keep you updated on all the Challenge members and accomplishments.
ONLINE LIVE POINTS APP
Powered by Wodify Rise, this app will be used to record live daily and weekly Challenge tasks with scoring and a leaderboard for motivation and accountability. Tasks will be based around nutirtion goals, Narlie workouts and recovery.
CHECK-INS WITH THE COACHES
You will have the opportunity to check-in with the Narlie Coaches to discuss your personal progress and obtain guidance.
Your buddy will help hold you to your goals. They will be there to support and keep you accountable. Prizes will be based on the combined result of you and your buddy.
These prizes will be based on the combination of the InBody Scan results, points recorded in the Challenge Points App and from points obtained through the group Challenge.
POST CHALLENGE CELEBRATION
This will be an enjoyable gathering with all Challenge members to kick back and celebrate the accomplishments. Challenge prizes will be awarded at this event.

Initial InBody Scan, CrossFit Workout/Setting Benchmarks
FEB 12TH - MONDAY
Logging of points begin on the Wodify Rise Challenge app.
MAR 23RD - SATURDAY
Final InBody Scan, final CrossFit Workout, final day to log points on the Wodify Rise Challenge app.
MAR 29TH - FRIDAY
After celebrations with presentation of prizes. Breakfast bbq by the water.
JOIN OUR CHALLENGE
Your investment to participate in the Challenge is only $330 for non-members or $130 for existing members (excludes existing membership fees if already a member). This includes 6 weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes*, access to CrossFit Narlie's open gym, 2x InBody Scans, access to the Challenge App (Wodify Rise) with tailored Narlie tasks along with continual support and guidance from our Coaches throughout the whole process.
Note: Existing members remain on their current membership plan during the Challenge, i.e. limited membership (up to 3 sessions/week and no open gym access). If you wish to make changes to your membership, please come and see us.
