CrossFit Kids is a program designed specifically for the little ones. It focuses on teaching the fundamental movements of CrossFit whilst incorporating fun and games. Each class will keep your kids entertained whilst educating them on how to move safely with good technique.
- Squats, deadlifts, pressing, kettlebell swings, gymnastics, rowing and lots more.
Starts: Term 2- 24th April 2023
Days: Monday 3:30pm-4:15pm (5-13yrs)
Wednesdays 3:30pm-4:15pm (10-13yrs)
Duration: 8 Week Block
Number of Kids per class: 10
(Option of doing 1 or both sessions per week)
MEET OUT KIDS TRAINER
Our kids program will be run by one of our amazing trainers, Kasey. Kasey is a primary school teacher and works full-time in a local primary school and has been in the teaching field for over 10 years. Kasey is certified as a CrossFit Trainer as well as qualified in CrossFit Kids. She loves children and is very passionate about CrossFit. She is beyond excited to help educate and teach the fundamental movements to the little ones.
